Prince Street Cafe is operated by The Commons Company of Lancaster, LLC, an equally owned joint venture of Crystal Weaver and Kyle Sollenberger. Commons is a family of food, beverage, and hospitality ventures that embrace a history of excellence and community driven culture.

Prince Street Cafe was originally founded in Lancaster, PA in 2006 by Crystal Weaver and 5 other partners. In 2011, Crystal took over the business and then teamed up with Kyle to create the Commons Company in 2014.
