Prince Street Cafe is part of The Commons Company of Lancaster, LLC, an equally owned joint venture of Crystal Weaver and Kyle Sollenberger. The Commons is a family of food, beverage, and hospitality ventures that share a commitment to excellence and a community-driven culture. Together, our mission is simple:

to belong to and nourish our communities through inspiring concepts, thoughtful hospitality, and meaningful employment opportunities.

Prince Street Cafe first opened its doors in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 2006, founded by Crystal Weaver and five other partners. What began as a single neighborhood coffee shop quickly became a beloved downtown gathering place. In 2011, Crystal took full ownership of the cafe, and by 2014 she partnered with Kyle to launch The Commons Company, expanding into a growing collection of restaurants, cafes, and community spaces.

From day one, Prince Street Cafe has been more than just a cafe. Each of our locations in Lancaster, Columbia, and York has been designed as a space where people can connect, collaborate, and feel at home. Whether you’re stopping in for your morning coffee, sitting down to brunch with friends, or picking up teas and beans to brew at home, our goal is to create a meaningful experience rooted in connection and community.
